The Safety Advisory Group Australia (SAGAust) B2134447R is a trading entity of SPVG Pty Ltd ACN 104 709 864 ABN 15 585 096 691.  All transactions occurring within this website are deemed to have occurred in the State of Victoria Australia.


Private consumers who make purchases using this site are protected by the Victoria Fair Trading Act 1999 and the Australian Trades Practices Act 1974.  These are some of the toughest consumer protections laws of any Western Society.  Notwithstanding these rights the following terms and conditions are applied to this web site.

The Safety Advisory Group Australia (SAGAust) acknowledges the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our customers.  Whenever we collect, handle, store or use information about you from our website, we try to comply with the National Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information.  For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, the word ‘customer’ includes visitors to our web sites, users of our services, purchasers of our products and advertising customers.

We usually collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, and in some instances, your financial details.  When you are online, we collect information regarding the pages within our network which you visit and what you click on.  As a general rule we do not collect sensitive information.  However, if we do, it will usually be for the purposes of providing our goods or services and if the law requires us to, we will seek your consent to collect it.


We use your information to provide our services to you, to fulfill administrative functions associated with these services, for example billing, to enter into contracts with you or third parties and for marketing and client relationship purposes.

Quotations and Proposals:  All proposals and quotations provided by SAGAust or its members are valid for 30 days only.


Refunds and Dispute for Services:  Should you require information on the refund and dispute resolution policies, please contact us here to request further information.


Product Returns:  Products may be returned to the place of dispatch (in Australia) within 30 days of purchase provided that they are returned in 'as new' condition, preferably with original packaging.  The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser. 


Product Refunds:  Refunds for products are available at up to 100% of the purchase price providing the products are returned in 'as new' condition, and provided they are returned within 30 days at the expense of the client.  SAGAust and its members may reduce the amount refunded to a client if the product is damaged or in less than 'as new' condition upon return.


Shipping Refunds: SAGAust does not refund shipping costs.
